I recently attended a blogger event at Lexington Bartending School. We tried a few concoctions, and learned about the school. Galentine’s Day at The Amsden is my favorite Galentine’s Day tradition. I’ve attended every year since they started hosting this event, and it’s always so much fun. It’s apple season at Eckert’s Orchard, and I headed out over the weekend for some picking. They rotate through a variety of apples throughout the season, and you can pick whatever amount you want. Thanksgiving is coming up, and things are very weird this year. Some families won’t be able to gather, which is sad and upsetting. Our own family Thanksgiving will be small this year.
