Galentine’s Day at The Amsden is my favorite Galentine’s Day tradition. I’ve attended every year since they started hosting this event, and it’s always so much fun. This year, a few other local businesses in downtown Versailles also participated in some of the activities, so I’ll include those also. I met up with a couple of my blogger friends to celebrate, and we wandered around downtown exploring some of the local spots. If you want to check out my posts from previous years, the links are at the bottom of…
Happy Galentine’s Day! One of my favorite traditions is attending the annual Galentine’s Day in Versailles. The Amsden always hosts a big event, and it’s so fun. It’s full of activities, including DIY valentines, drink specials, a braid bar, and a permanent jewelry station. This year, a few other local businesses participated, and it was such a fun little girls’ day. If you’re here for the Galentine’s details, keep reading. Galentine’s Day is Saturday. If you’ve been here a while, you may have seen my previous Galentine’s Day at The Amsden post. It’s one of my favorite annual traditions, and the photo opportunities are always too good to pass up. The Amsden (the cutest little coffee shop located in Versailles, KY) is always decorated with so much creativity for holidays, and I love celebrating Galentine’s Day with friends. This year, I went with my friend Sara, and I couldn’t pass up the chance to wear a Valentine’…
Sweather Weather is in full swing, and I am loving it. I love a good, thick, warm, cozy sweater in the Fall. Fall weather puts me in my element, and it’s when I absolutely thrive. I’ve found the perfect Fall sweater, and it’s the softest, coziest sweater out there. This sweater is so amazing. I posted the same one last week in this post, but in solid black. I LOVE this grey, black and white colorblock option. It’s so pretty, and definitely my colors. The sweater is so cute with leggings, but…
Memorial Day was last month, and I kept my outfit pretty casual. BUT, the 4th of July is next week, and I think a similar outfit would work really well. I also went with some themed makeup, and I wanted to share in case you were looking for some inspiration! I even included Remus in the festiveness (I’m always a little extra, in case you’re not aware). This shirt is so cute, and is so fitting for me. I will cancel (or not even make) plans to hang out with Remus. Look at him, can you…
Yesterday, I attended a Galentine’s Day at The Amsden in Versailles, KY. It was so much fun! I met Emily, the owner, through blogging. Her shop is so cute already, and this event was so gorgeous! They served up fun Galentine’s Day treats, including funfetti donuts and cake pops. The drink specials were amazing and adorable. I went with my friend Casey, and we each tried something different. She tried the donut and the Valentine’s Day hot chocolate, and I tried the Love You Latte and the cake pop. I was NOT disappointed (to…
