I love being comfortable at work. Sometimes, business casual makes that difficult. I tend to lean toward the casual side. One of my favorite pieces to make a “casual” outfit more professional is a blazer. It takes things from cute and casual to business casual. I don’t always do my makeup at home. Sometimes my mornings are rushed, and I do part (or all) of my makeup on my breaks at work. I keep a makeup bag at my desk.
