I received the Colourpop It’s a Princess Thing palette for Christmas last year. It quickly became a favorite of mine. I enjoy warm tones throughout the Fall and on occasion, but I definitely prefer cool tones. I’m sharing a look I wore to brunch. I think it’s so pretty, and would be great for Valentine’s Day.
First, I applied my Milani eye primer. This is such a great primer, and it’s so affordable. I set my primer with the shade Chip from the Princess Palette.
Next I put the shade Juju in my crease with a fluffy crease brush (I used this brush). I packed it on, going about halfway between my crease and my brows.
For the lid, I used Poison Apple. I definitely recommend wetting your brush (any setting spray will do. I used this setting spray for this look). I packed this shade all over the lid. I love this shade. It’s such a pretty pinky purple that’s pretty unique.
To complete the eye look, I used a flat brush (I used this one) to apply Enchanted Rose on the lower lash line and Prince Charming (I used this brush) on the inner corner. This shade gives off a rose gold look. It’s so pretty. Prince Charming really brightens up the look.
I love this eye look. It’s so pretty. Like I mentioned, I think these shades would be great for Valentine’s Day. It’s coming up in less than a month, so start planning your eye looks now!
This palette is really nice. Colourpop quality is so nice, and so affordable. The packaging is also absolutely gorgeous.
