Ok y’all, I’ve been away for a while. I’m moving, and the process has taken a while (it’s still not over but we’re getting closer!). I wanted to focus more on that and less on blogging. BUT I’m back (for now), and wanted to share the SOFTEST sweater.

I’ve talked about Em + Me, a local boutique in Georgetown, on the blog a few times. Their clothing is really cute, and is generally pretty affordable. I stopped by this past weekend to browse, and I found the coziest sweater and wanted to share.

This sweater is a chenille material, which makes me drool. It is so, SO soft. I love almost everything chenille I’ve picked up. I love the fit of this sweater also. I picked up a large, and it’s perfectly oversized for me. It’s great to wear with leggings.

I see people asking for legging recommendations all the time. If they Zella leggings from Nordstrom are on sale, I’ll recommend those. But the leggings I’m wearing here are also amazing, and they’re ALWAYS affordable, so I recommend them ALL THE TIME. They have a stretchy waistband, and they are so comfortable.

I wore my favorite booties with this outfit, and some really cute sparkly hoop earrings. The earrings dress this outfit up a little.

I think this outfit would be really nice for holiday parties. It’s a little oversized, which is great. It’s so soft and comfortable. I’ve worn it for hours and it was still just as amazing as when I put it on. You can shop at Em + Me in their Georgetown store, or on their app! They have some really cute items right now.
