Memorial Day was last month, and I kept my outfit pretty casual. BUT, the 4th of July is next week, and I think a similar outfit would work really well. I also went with some themed makeup, and I wanted to share in case you were looking for some inspiration! I even included Remus in the festiveness (I’m always a little extra, in case you’re not aware).

This shirt is so cute, and is so fitting for me. I will cancel (or not even make) plans to hang out with Remus. Look at him, can you blame me?! This shirt is from a previous year, but Kohl’s still carries dog mom shirts, and a similar shirt is available from Amazon.

I love that this shirt is a tank. It’s perfect for the heat in Kentucky.

This shirt is pretty simple, but it’s really cute. I like a heather gray, because it’s pretty neutral, and it leaves plenty of room to add fun pops of color!

I’m all for a graphic tee that describes my love for my handsome little pup.

I’ve had this bag from Marley Lilly for a few years, and I love breaking it out for patriotic holidays. The monogram adds such a cute little touch.

Remus’ grandma (my mom) picked up this festive bandana for him last year. I think you can find similar bandanas for your pooch at Walmart or the dollar store.

If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you know I’ve been loving the Colourpop Main Squeeze palette. It’s a 9 pan palette full of red shades, and I think it’s gorgeous.

I wasn’t really sure how much I’d use a red palette, but it’s been one of my favorites. The shades are so gorgeous and pigmented. It’s perfect for holidays like Memorial Day and the 4th of July.

Sugarfix by Baublebar earrings are so cute. Their summer collection this year is so pretty! I love these watermelon earrings. They remind me so much of summer and cookouts, so they’re holiday perfect!

Ah, these shoes. I want them in every color. They are so comfortable, and affordable. I highly recommend them. I love the red pop of color.

After this cute photo shoot, I stepped into Manchester Coffee with my friend Casey. I love that they allow pups, and the coffee was really yummy!

Casey got some really nice makeup and shirt shots in the coffee shop, so I definitely wanted to include them!

The lipstick I’m wearing is the Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink Lip Color in the shade Pioneer. It’s a liquid lipstick with one of my favorite formulas. It’s the perfect cherry lip color.

This is not outfit related (minus the bandana Remus’ grandma got him), but I just had to show how cute my little fluff is!
