I can’t believe it’s already February. For some, it means Valentine’s Day. For us single pringles, it means Galentine’s Day. I went to a Galentine’s Day themed brunch at a friend’s last week, and I wanted to wear a really cute outfit… and I think I succeeded! I’m sharing this fun Galentine’s Day outfit, and some of the blogger babes from the brunch are sharing some other fun Galentine’s Day ideas! I’ve linked all their blogs at the bottom of this post!
I don’t necessarily hate Valentine’s Day while being single. I’d just rather celebrate with some of my favorite ladies. But I thought this Grumpy Cat tee was so stinking cute. I think it’s really funny, and really fitting for Galentine’s Day.
I love pairing a graphic tee with a skirt. This red skirt is so pretty. It’s the perfect shade of true red. It’s actually the same skirt as the leopard skirt I wore in my leopard skirt / hello pumpkin tee post, as well as my leopard skirt / black sweater post. It’s so amazing I had to have it in another color. It’s pretty, it’s affordable, and it’s very comfortable.
Of course I wore the usual booties I’ve been wearing all Fall and Winter. They’re $10, and they’ve held up very well. They can be dressed up or down, and I’ve definitely gotten plenty of use out of them.
I picked up a GORGEOUS pair of earrings at The Amsden. These little hearts are so pretty. They’re a gorgeous neutral cream shade, so they will go with so much, and I can’t wait to wear them more!
I wanted to be as extra as possible for Galentine’s Day, so I went with a red eye look. I used my Violet Voss fruit sorbet palette, which has the perfect true red shade, as well as 7 other bold colors. I think the eye look turned out really pretty!
You know brunch included some yummy mimosas (as well as a delicious cocktail created by my friend Alex – the recipe is below!), so I used my gorgeous personalized cold cup. This one has little lips, and my name on the top of the logo. You can get these cups customized with whatever you want! I thought this was perfect for Galentine’s Day!
I also have a couple of other personalized cups. There are so many options for hot coffee cups or cold coffee cups, and they’re all so fun!
