Pineapple Raspberry Colored Ice Cubes

The holidays are in full swing, so I wanted to share a holiday recipe my family has loved for as long as I can remember. It’s a tradition in our family to make pineapple raspberry Colored Ice Cubes for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and it’s one of my favorite traditions. They’re refreshing and sweet (and a little tart, which I love).

Start by pouring a large can of pineapple juice into a pitcher. Make sure to shake the can well before pouring.

Next, add a packet of Raspberry Ice Crystal Light (we use these pitcher packs). Mix well after adding.

Add a cup of sugar and mix well.

Pour the mixture into ice cube trays. Do not overfill the trays. You may want to mix between trays (this mixture will make 3-4 trays, depending on the size of the ice cubes and tray).

Freeze overnight or until completely frozen. We take them out once frozen and store them in a plastic gallon bag, then just take them out when we’re ready to use them!

Enjoy! We love these by themselves, but if we want to use them in a drink, we add Mountain Dew or lemonade. They’re delicious and festive!

(I served mine in this adorable Christmas cup with a pup on it that looks just like mine – check out this blog post to see said pup)
