Summer Pasta Salad Recipe

Summer is here, and that means picnics and bonfires and cookouts. With the 4th being this week, plenty of cookouts are coming. If you’re looking for an easy recipe that’s absolutely delicious, check out this pasta salad!

First, cook the pasta per the directions on the box and let it completely cool. I used tricolor rotini, but you can use any kind of pasta. Next, add Italian dressing and Ranch dressing, as well as a can of diced tomatoes.

Next, cut Pepperoni into pieces. You can add as many or as few as you’d like (or leave them completely out). Add them into the pasta and dressing mixture.

If desired, add sliced black olives. I know a lot of people are anti olives, but I LOVE them, so they’re a great addition for me.

Stir everything together, and you’re done!

Refrigerate 4-5 hours before serving to allow all ingredients to fully cool and mix. To make it creamier, add more Ranch dressing. You can also add in shredded or cubed cheddar cheese.

It’s pefect for cookouts, or just as a dinner side!
