Comfortable Thanksgiving Outfit

Thanksgiving is coming up, and things are very weird this year. Some families won’t be able to gather, which is sad and upsetting. Our own family Thanksgiving will be small this year. I know some people love dressing up for Thanksgiving, but I always prefer comfy outfits. Personally, I want to be able to eat without feeling constricted and self conscious. This year I think I’ve found the perfect Thanksgiving outfit.

These leggings are perfect for Thanksgiving. They’re soft, stretchy, and the pumpkin pie pattern is so fun. They’re really cute, and great for casual Thanksgivings. I think a lot of Thanksgivings are going to be casual this year, which is more than OK with me.

I love black tops, and this sweater is really comfortable and affordable. It’s nice and stretchy, and oversized (I sized down and it’s still oversized, which is really nice). Halloween called for something warm this year, and this sweater was very cozy and affordable, making it the perfect option.

I love a good bag for Thanksgiving. Usually, I pack my own Tupperware for leftovers (our family isn’t huge, and there are always a ton of leftovers). This bag is perfect for that. I love the leopard print! It’s affordable and holds quite a bit, which is really nice. Plus, it will hold any dish you decide to take as well (I packed 2 gallons of apple cider and 3 bottles of champagne in it for a Friendsgiving dinner).

It’s no secret that I love my customized reusable cups (you can see them in previous posts like this one and this one). Not only are these the perfect gift for Christmas, but they’re great for large gatherings. They make it easy to keep up with your drink, and there’s no mistaking it for anyone else’s (very important right now!).

I went with booties for this outfit, but a more casual shoe is definitely a great option. Feel free to show up in a cute pair of moccasin slippers or cozy socks (I’ve been loving these from Old Navy) to lounge around in.

Accessories

Accessories can make or break an outfit, always. threw on a cute necklace from a local boutique. It says Kentucky, and is really dainty. They’re having a Black Friday sale, so be sure to check their site for details! Hoops are fun, but I love these cuties from Sugarfix because they include a bow! I love simple things that add a fun detail. Marshall’s has some great headband sets right now, which is where I snagged this pretty, thin, sparkly headband.

Are you team dress up, or team comfy cozy for Thanksgiving? Leave me a comment letting me know! Happy Thanksgiving y’all!
