Maroon Dress + Leopard Undershirt // Date Night Outfit

Maroon is one of my favorite colors for Fall, so when I saw this dress, I picked it up immediately. It’s a corduroy material, with tan buttons going down the middle. I’m collaborating with some other babes on Instagram to share date night outfits, and this outfit would be perfect for a Fall date night.

This dress is so cute and comfortable. It would be really cute over a basic white or black turtleneck like this one, but I wanted something a little unique. This leopard print top is see through, which makes it a great undershirt. It pairs really well with this maroon dress, and it’s perfect for Fall.

These booties were included in the Nordstrom sale, and I really love them (missed the Nordstrom sale? Check out my post all about affordable NSale alternatives!). They give me a witchy vibe, which I love. They’re definitely going to be a staple for me this Fall, and they were great for this outfit. I threw on a pair of tights to really pull this outfit together.

Accessories can elevate an outfit, and I love mixing and matching pieces to vamp up my clothing. Felt hats have been a favorite for me lately, and this tan colored hat is a great Fall option. It’s structured, which is really nice. This gold chain necklace is so pretty, and it pairs well with my Kate Spade initial necklace that I also picked up during the Nordstrom sale (this version is almost an exact dupe, and is more affordable!). I also went with a pair of snake earrings that are so cute (Slytherin and Taylor Swift vibes always, please). Of course I also threw in my usual checked purse that I love (hand sanitizer case too – very important right now!).

This would make a great date night outfit. It’s really comfortable, but very pretty. It is full coverage, but the see through top adds a little bit of sexiness without being over the top. I felt so pretty and chic all day, and it gives major Fall vibes, which I love. Everything is affordable, which is something I strive for when shopping for clothing.

Of course I went with my favorite palette for this Fall season. I mentioned it in Wednesday’s post also, and in my favorite Fall eyeshadows post last week. For this outfit, I chose a pumpkin-themed eye look, including some beautiful oranges.

One thing I want to say, is yes, I’m single. But date night outfit doesn’t necessarily mean a romantic date. I wore this outfit this weekend for a girls’ visit to a local winery. Date night can mean a girls’ night, a friend date, or a romantic date. This outfit would be a great option for any one of those! I also share date night outfits pretty regularly here, even if they’re just outfits for girls’ nights – I think a lot of outfits are great for both!
