During the summer, I want outfits that are lightweight. Skirts and sleeveless shirts are great options, and I love a good combination of a maxi skirt and bodysuit. Bodysuits are great for summer. They tuck into pants and skirts so nicely, without having a bunch of extra fabric to tuck in. This bodysuit is gorgeous and so fun. I love that the sleeves actually tie, so they’re easy to adjust. Of course, if you’ve been following me a while, you know I love black. It’s classy and chic, and goes with everything.

Flowy skirts are perfect for summer. They’re a staple in my closet. They dress up a basic shirt, even basic tees. I really love them for work. It’s easy to put together an outfit with a skirt, and these skirts are a great fit.

A maxi skirt + bodysuit combo is dressy on its own, but they go great with a pair of heels to make them even dressier. For more casual days, I love pairing them with a basic pair of sandals like this one. They’re still cute and chic, but more lowkey. Fair warning, I am 5’4″, so this skirt may be more of a midi skirt on some others.

My friend Kelsey got me hooked on hoop earrings, and I’ve acquired a few pairs over the past couple of years. I picked up this set that comes with a few pairs adorned with faux pearls, and they’re so classy. I wear them pretty frequently, and I think it adds the perfect amount of embellishment to a casual outfit. Summer outfits also often require sunglasses. I love a good pair that looks chic and stylish, but is affordable. This style is my favorite, and they’re a perfect match for this outfit.

This outfit is perfect for a casual coffee date. I love heading out to The Amsden in Versailles. It’s my favorite local coffee shop, and their drinks are amazing. They recently released a new summer menu with some delicious drinks, and I can’t wait to try them all.
