A friend recently messaged me and asked about SHEIN clothing. If you’ve been here a while, you’ve seen some of my SHEIN outfits. If you’re new here, first, welcome! Second, SHEIN is a clothing website providing low cost clothing. She said she was a little hesitant about ordering from them, but looked through my blog and saw some posts about SHEIN and had some questions for me. I wrote this post a couple of years ago, and just thought I’d update it with more recent info and photos. I’ve ordered…

Links that are provided throughout my website may be affiliate links without being expressed. This winter has been weird. Parts of it have been really warm, and parts of it have been really cold. Layers are a great option for these colder months. I love this dress for winter. I love plaid (if you’ve been following me for a while you may remember this buffalo plaid outfit that’s still a favorite…
Happy International Polar Bear Day! Polar bears are my favorite animals, so when I found a polar bear themed eyeshadow palette… well, I snatched that up. I’ve wanted to post about this palette for a while, and I figured today was the perfect day. I LOVE this palette. It quickly became a favorite. I’ve always preferred cool tones, and this palette definitely contains cool tones. Pinks, greys, purples, my heart! The color scheme for this palette is right up my alley. I love that the shade names actually fit this palette really well. There are…
I received the Colourpop It’s a Princess Thing palette for Christmas last year. It quickly became a favorite of mine. I enjoy warm tones throughout the Fall and on occasion, but I definitely prefer cool tones. I’m sharing a look I wore to brunch. I think it’s so pretty, and would be great for Valentine’s Day. First, I applied my Milani eye primer. This is such a great primer, and it’s so affordable. I set my primer with the shade Chip from the Princess Palette. Next I put the shade…
I was in the market for a new hair dryer. My hair is thick and naturally curly, and takes forever to blow dry. I had seen reviews for the Revlon One-Step Volumizer hair dryer, and I was intrigued. But THEN I saw the Revlon One Step Paddle dryer, and I was REALLY intrigued. I purchased it a few months ago, and have been trying it out. Since there aren’t many reviews out there on it, I figured I’d share mine! For a little reference: my hair is VERY thick. It’s naturally curly. I…
Leopard is definitely a big trend this year, and I am absolutely here for it. This is one trend coming back from the 90’s that I can get behind. Maybe it’s my forever love for Shania Twain that will also keep my leopard love alive. I wore this outfit to work, and had so many compliments all day. My favorite response is always “It’s from Walmart.” Walmart has stepped up their game so much lately, and this cardigan is so amazing. The leopard print is in right now, and it’s…
I can’t believe it’s already July! That means it’s already time for a 2019 Project Pan update! And y’all, it’s a good one. Last year at this time, I was stressing. I had barely completed any of my panning goals. But this year, I have a TON of progress, and that makes me so happy! If you want to see my intro post, check it out here! Let’s start with the items I’ve panned or finished. I finished two primers completely: the NYX Hydra Touch primer…
I don’t always do my makeup at home. Sometimes my mornings are rushed, and I do part (or all) of my makeup on my breaks at work. I keep a makeup bag at my desk. If I need to just do a quick eye look, or a full makeup look, I’m prepared. You never know when someone will unexpectedly ask you to do something after work unexpectedly (I’ve literally bought concert tickets the DAY OF, and had to try to get ready). I’ve partnered with Begin Magic to show what’s…
Single shadows are some of my favorite eyeshadows. I love having the ability to customize a palette, and build a collection customized to my own style. It’s a great way to try out a brand without spending a ton of money, or add just one color to your collection that you’ve been wanting to try. I’ll list some of my favorite companies that carry single shadows at the bottom of this post, as well as some companies I want to try. I’ve tried a few single shadows from some companies, and bundles…
This post is coming pretty late. I know, I know, it’s almost March. But better late than never, right? If you don’t know what project panning is, check out my 2018 Project Pan. It was my first year of panning, and I loved it. I took these pictures in January, and I’ve been working on panning these products the entire year, but I’m just now sharing them (fun fact: I’ve already finished or hit pan on some products!). I’m including two eyeliners in my project this year. The…
