Taylor Swift Evermore Flannel 3 Ways

Happy Midnights release day! I’ve been so excited for this release, and I’m hoping it warms my little heart the way Folklore and Evermore did. If you’re a Swiftie too, you may have seen the Evermore inspired flannel that went a little viral. My bestie got it for me as a birthday present, so I’m sharing how to style the Taylor Swift Evermore flannel 3 ways.

Flannels are one of my favorite Fall fashion items, and I love finding new ways to style them. I love that they’re pretty versatile, and can be styled so many ways. These are just 3 ways I’ve styled this one so far.

Over a graphic tee

I wore the flannel to trivia. Last year, I picked up a “Here for the Boos” graphic tee from Em + Me, a local boutique (check out this post to see another outfit featuring their products). This tee is so cute for Halloween, in my opinion, and perfect for Fall and Halloween, especially when trivia is at a local Cidery. The flannel is orange and black, so I love pairing it with Halloween tees. It’s just the perfect Halloween addition when I need to add some layers (and it is warm). I added my little ghostie bag and earrings I picked up from The Amsden last year.

Paired with a skirt

I wore this option to work. Our dress code is Business Casual, but it definitely leans on the more casual side. I tucked the flannel into a wrap skirt, and added some little kitten heels. I don’t wear heels to work often, but in the Fall, I think they’re one of the only options I like wearing with a skirt. This outfit is classy to me, but still a little casual and comfy, which I love for the Fall.

If you’ve been here a while, you probably know that I’m a big Sleepy Hollow fan (check out this post for an outfit I posted a few years ago). I found this gorgeous bag, and it’s been amazing for Fall. I love the headless horseman print on the front, and it goes really well with the flannel. It’s a great bag for Fall, and you’ll catch me wearing it pretty frequently.

Around the waist

Sometimes I want to add some layers (as with the flannel over the graphic tee), without adding extra warmth. It’s nice to be able to tie the flannel around my waist, in case I get a little chilly. Sometimes, though, it’s a little too warm to dress for a typical Kentucky Fall, but I want to add a little Fall flair. In that case, tying a flannel around my waist is one of my favorite ways to dress up an outfit. I picked up this Hocus Pocus tee at The Amsden, my favorite local coffee shop (check out this post and this post to see some fun past events there). You can purchase items online from them, so I think this shirt may be available for purchase even if you aren’t local.

Are you a Swiftie? If so, are you excited for the Midnights album? Even if you aren’t a Swiftie, do you have any suggestions of other ways to wear a flannel? This one is so gorgeous, and I definitely want to get plenty of use out of it!
