I recently took a trip to Red River Gorge in Slade, Kentucky, and thought I’d share my experience. I’ve been to Danville, KY a few times, but it’s mostly been for softball tournaments. I’ve attended a few personal training sessions at LiveWELL Fitness in downtown Lexington, and have really enjoyed the experience.
