It’s apple season at Eckert’s Orchard, and I headed out over the weekend for some picking. They rotate through a variety of apples throughout the season, and you can pick whatever amount you want. I picked a full bag. I love snacking on apples, but they’re also great in pies. I love baking them in the air fryer for a sweet, yummy side dish that’s so easy. I recently took a trip to Red River Gorge in Slade, Kentucky, and thought I’d share my experience. Happy Galentine’s Day! One of my favorite traditions is attending the annual Galentine’s Day in Versailles. The Amsden always hosts a big event, and it’s so fun.
